Deceased person still in a Will

Hi everyone, my father has a Will and my younger sister (deceased) is still in the Will, there are four siblings in total, so three remaining.

Overview: My father mentioned his Will and has said he can't be bothered removing my sister from the Will and we can deal with it when he dies.

Can anyone please tell me the problems we might face if such a situation occurs

Did your deceased sister have children? If so, by law her share goes to them. If not, the gift fails, and the estate is divided between the 3 surviving siblings.
