Deceased person still in a Will

Hi everyone, my father has a Will and my younger sister (deceased) is still in the Will.

Overview: My father can be blunt, obstinate and generally a bit of an a***hole at times, he, for some reason mentioned his Will and has said he can't be bothered removing my sister from the Will and we can deal with it when he dies.

Can anyone please tell me the problems we might face if such a situation occurs
