Hi everyone,
My father recently died with dementia, his last will was in 2016. After his death we found out he (secretly & unbeknownst to us) remarried last year despite clearly being incapable of making informed decisions (presumably he "presented" acceptably on the day). My reading suggests that there is little legal recourse available to us (his sons). There is acknowledged to be a case for urgent reform but if anybody is aware of anything that we can do about this any advice or suggestions would be very gratefully received...
thanks,
David.
