My grandmother passed away and I am in the process of inheriting the property as the sole beneficiary.
My mother and I are named as executors, and we plan to sell the property as executors (i.e., not transfer the deeds into my name).
Probate has been received and we will soon be in a position to place the house on the market.
At the same time, I am hoping to purchase my first home and have money saved in a Lifetime ISA.
By selling the property as executors, how will this affect my status as a first-time buyer (for using money from the Lifetime ISA)?
Could anyone provide advice/links to guidance on this issue?
