    Thank you for explaining.

    I contacted my MP then received a letter in 9 days from the chief executive of HMCTS probate.

    He told me, quoting names and correct reference number, that he had contacted my county court and it is to be sorted when I have my hearing for a separate issue.

      That is excellent. I contacted my MP at the very outset and had a meeting explaining the situation but she just wrote back 2 weeks later suggesting mediation.
      I have just received another bill this morning yet heard nothing else, the caveator is self litigating again so its costing him nothing to mess us about again. Its getting beyond a joke now.
