  • Worried !

Hi Really worried about this and hope someone can help.

I made an on line will ages ago, all signed etc. Went on line to read it make sure still happy with it. Changed nothing but then had email to say my new Will is being legally checked.

Worried now that my previous signed Will from ages ago is null and void whilst this supposedly new one goes through checking.

For peace of mind right now, if I died today would my old signed one be still legal.

    Please help ☹️

    Thank you

The best answer I can give is that the last will that you have made, that has been properly signed and witnessed, is likely to be the one that is valid.

I wonder if you have made a false economy by not asking a solicitor to prepare a will.
