Hello all and Des8
I posted last year about my mum being in a care home receiving end of life care; she is still with us but frail. Her 87 year old sister and my cousin (my mum's sister's daughter) are currently executors of her will but neither wants to undertake the role as they both have health issues of their own (cousin just had major heart op) and neither of them even has a computer. I am ok with being executor. Des8: I recall you said it was possible and legally binding for an executor to agree to renounce their role before the person died. I have created an agreement in Word and I would be grateful if you would have a look and let me know if you think it's ok, please. I found this version on the internet and did a simple edit. Thanks very much.
PS my mum has alzheimer's dementia so doesn't have capacity to make another will
