Hi All
I now have had a solicitor since April.
The first question, my father's solicitor is gathering witness statements 6 months after his passing. My solicitor says it's normal, but what does it mean?
The house my father purchased, they were joint tenants, not so sure his wife knew that, but what does that mean?
The property in Northern Cyprus, I did receive some comments on this, was owned solely by my father, even though the solicitor told me otherwise, he had no Turkish will, but left the property to his wife.
As the property is in Northern Cyprus, she does not legally own it until the deeds are in her name. So should it be part of his estate?
My father's wife has now asked for their Ltd Company to be struck off the register. Is she allowed to do this now she is on notice?
Thanks in advance
