  • Joint executors question

    A Will has two executors
The estate has been settled apart from two tiny amounts of cash left to two pecuniary beneficiaries ( they won’t accept their inheritance, it’s a long story and not relevant to my questions really…they are just being awkward).
What happens if one of the executors is losing/has lost capacity , or even dies ?

Thanks, a POA is in place for the other attorney, so I can just deal with the executor in place of the attorney.
