  • A probate Lawyer breaks court order 3 times and a undertaking to the court

    Hi
a probate lawyer breaks court order 3 times and an undertaking to the court to sell property at X value minimum but the lawyer does this to help in price fixing.
He also lists the property half price on an auction site which no one can bid on.
I do an injunction and the judge said I could sue if he sells it below the court order. So he removed it off the web site
Then the lawyer again is told by a judge to do an undertaking to sell the property as the court order states but again the lawyer breaks it.

But I go to court and another judge ignores the breaking of the court order 3 times and the undertaking to the court...and others who went with me think the judge is helping the lawyer.
I am appealing as the judge said it was my fault but can not be.
    What should I do?
    Thank you

This is the same question that you have asked before. Better to delete this as it can only get even more confusing.
