    No offence taken, but i was unclear and it is one of the benefits of this site that we pick up on errors and listen respectfully to alternative views.

          Thanks, yes I hope it doesn't happen to you too. Probably unlikely but you never know. In my case this man has put 4 caveats on in different names, 1 of them I have never even heard of. The thing is he wants to claim from my mums partners estate(his grandfather) but can't or won't except that the 2 estates are totally seperate. I have no authority to grant him what he wants, and the more I tell him this the more he goes out of his way to cost me money.
