  • Process Of Property Ownership Transfer?

    Hi,

My cousins lives in UK and their father owns property in Pakistan. Now their father has died and they have no plans to return back to Pakistan ever, they are willing to transfer the ownership of their late father's property to one of their cousins in Pakistan. They are concerned about their privacy of sharing personal documents with us like ID card, addresses etc... for this process.
So my question is how they can transfer their late father's property ownership to one of us here in Pakistan and at the same time they not feel like their privacy was compromised.

    Thanks,

    Hi SAM_SAM

You could use a firm of solicitor that has a UK and Pakistan branch, get several quotes.

Just type into Google 'international solicitors UK Pakistan'. Avoid London, they don't have to a huge firm, but they do need to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, check reviews on several review sites. Negotiate a fee, but talk to the UK branch first.
