    How to solve issue of two caveats

    I have a question a Caveat enterted on November 2009 for mortgage. Caveat withdrawn on October 13th 2003 to hatch off 13,310 sqft but not put back.
    New Caveat entered 26th June 2017. Old Caveat for a mortgage cannot be placed on title because of new caveat. Court rules no evidence of old caveat on title thereby caveat is herein sustained.
    Is there an application form to show old caveat? How can this be resolved?

    I thought the use of caveats on land registry had been repealed by the Land Registry Act 2002.
    Are you based in Scotland?
