Hoping someone can help me, I think I am having brain fog.
I am applying for copy of a grant and will on form PA1S.
This is what I want one original copy of the will also 1 copy of the grant (both copies certified).
So total fee to pay is £1.50
Or where it gives information about the fee is states The fee for a standing search (this copy will not be sealed) is £3.00 making the fee £4.50.
As on the amount column it states Standing search £3.00 If you don't know a grant has been issued.

So I am confused to do I pay £3.00 for a search and 1.50 is grant issued. as at the fee instructions or just £1.50? As it is £3 if you do not know grant been issued.

Hoping someone can help.

The cost is £1.50.
You won't be setting up a standing search which is a useful tool if you believe a Grant will be issued in the next six months or the date of death is recent and you need to know that a Grant has been issued.
