  • Living Will, taking my wife's immigration status into account

I shall be use the word vegetable here for humour's sake - even if that's only my own when writing this - of course I basically mean any kind of incapacitated state where I'm pretty doomed.

My wife is on a path to a) firstly Indefinite Leave to Remain, and b) secondly Citizenship. That relies on me being alive - should I die, she's got 6 months to leave the country.

What I'd like to do is write a living will which essentially says that since living wills can take the vegetable's pre-veg views, feelings, values etc into account, and consider them to be part of my "best interest" (as I understand the law) that my life should be extended as long as possible so long as it has a realistic chance of improving my wife's immigration status. Otherwise, let me die. Furthermore, should it be deemed unlawful for whatever reason to take her immigration status into account, to always preserve my life so long as possible. How do I go about this?
