I have 3 adult children, one unmarried who still lives with me and has a mental illness.

From what I understand I can put a right to reside for life into my will but im worried about his financial conduct, his credit card debts.

I also want to be fair to my other children when the house gets sold.

Consult a solicitor.... I would expect they will suggest some sort of trust for your son
