2020/21 inheritance tax sole residence question.

Hi to all,

Could someone please advise me if myself and my sister will qualify for the main residence inheritance tax deduction in the 2020 tax year if my father DID NOT leave a will.

We will inherit the property, but are we still eligible for the £175K deduction?
