Hi
condolences on your recent loss.
You can make a claim under The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 for reasonable financial provision, or you might be able to challenge the validity of the will.
Do you know when your mother made her latest will?
Was it drawn up by a solicitor?
Viewing her age, if it was recently made did she have sufficient capacity?
Could she have been coerced?
‹Is the estate large enough to make a claim worthwhile?
Those are the sorts of questions you need to be asking?
Contentious probate is expensive, but you should be able to make a conditional Fee agreement (no win no loss) with a solicitor if your claim is strong enough.

You can but on what grounds are you thinking of contesting the will?
Your better chance is probably via a claim under the Inheritance Act, unless you can show coercion.
Also you will be contesting a charity.
You don't say which charity, but the larger ones have huge resources with which to fight to retain their legacies*
Contentious probate is expensive, and really I would advise at least a fixed fee one off consultation with a solicitor specialising in this field to see what your options are.
There's a good article about the matter here:*https://www.thegazette.co.uk/all-notices/content/101096
