My mother died in September 2018 and my brother is Executor of her Will. *Probate has now been granted and I have a copy of the Will, to which I am a beneficiary
For many years before my mother died and since her death our brother will not give us any information whatsoever or pay us beneficiaries.
The estate is somewhat surprisingly small, knowing how much money my mother originally had, about £17,000 of which he will receive the bulk.
How can we get him to show us the accounts and also pay out to the beneficiaries?
