Hi Guys
Update:
So the Larke v Negus request was completed and as expected weighed heavily in my favour. The other side have now dropped their case against the will and have been instructed to lift their caveat. They will now continue with a claim against the estate instead under the 1975 inheritance act. My solicitor had advised after receiving probate, I should not administer the estate for 6 months even though I am the sole benefactor to facilitate their letter of claim. Can I get in trouble for doing so, I wish to buy a property for my family? What chance in your professional opinion would adult siblings have with a claim against me given they had nothing to do with their Mother for 20 plus years? Are there any circumstances where they might have a case? Cant believe how long this is going on for now!
Any help greatly appreciated as always. Thank you
