Hi, Can the witnesses of an old will, become sole beneficiaries of a new will?

I don't see why not - when a new will is made the old will is revoked and so it matters not that they were witnesses only that they aren't witnesses of the new will ( as witnesses can't be beneficiaries).
Are there circumstances surrounding the new will that are concerning ?#staysafestayhome
