Ok I got this number on my phone so used the usual methods of finding out who was calling me as I missed the call.
The company appears to be a company called "First Claims" about people having an accident.
Modus Operandi: Appears to suggest that they have a statement about the crash
Key thing: £50 upfront Admin fee and a claim that they have your bank account details. They appear to be phoning a few people.
Reason I mention this one is that there is a possibility that information has been sold to this company in regards to car crashes. My mother was with Norwich Union and I remember taking a similar type of call and basically telling the guy that I thought he was lying.
A few months later they confirmed two employees sacked for selling information to claims company.
Hopefully this is not another of those ones but I am awaiting for their call to get their MOJ info
EDIT: apparently "Fast claims"
