I had my phone replaced four months ago, with a grade A replacment from tesco mobile as they could not fix my original phone. I noticed a few weeks ago that the screen had started to lift away on one side of the phone so i took it to a samsung repair shop. They told me it the battery was swollen and that it was a fake battery. I was shocked as this was the same battery that tesco had sent me. I have sent the phone becak to tesco who said it failed the manufacturer power test. They have replaced the battery and are sending it back out to me. They have never admitted it was a fake battery. I am not very happy with them just sending me back the phone with a new battery as I dont trust them. Also i dont know if the battery could have done some damage to the phone. Does anyone have any advice on where i would stand with this? is there anything else I can ask for?
Thank you
