Hi all,
My phone contract has just ended, but I didn't give 30 days notice. This is fine by me as I need to keep hold of the phone for the next week or so anyway. When I took out my contract I paid ~£100 upfront and then £45 a month for the year.
However, having looked at my bill, this following month (the one that has gone over my contract) is still at £45. My understanding was that I have, by now, paid for my phone, and should only be charged for service I am still using.
Have I missed something, or do I have a basis for not paying the full £45 for this month?
