have received a letter for an orange account that was pay as you go, could you please forward the contract that Orange is saying is a contract and the terms were it states this is a contract that is a credit account as i have been bankrupt since January 2013 and i am unable to have credit for at least 3 years. when this sim card was taken out i was informed that if i did not pay, the sim card would be stopped until payment was received. this apparently is incorrect as the sim card accumulated a credit that was not agreed upon. i therefore require confirmation as to when this agreement was made with my accompanying signature to verify this final demand.
