    Try

    Orange Centre Office
    The Point
    37 North West Road
    Paddington
    London W2 1AG

    Or

    Correspondence Department
    PO Box 10
    Patchway
    Bristol
    BS32 4BQ

Though the first address is probably the best.

Others may know of other address that maybe better ones to send too, though.

I wouldn't - I'd e-mail the CEO again expressing your extreme disappointment that this matter appears to have been ignored as you have not even had an acknowledgement of your initial e-mail.

Set it up so that the e-mail sends you a receipt when it is opened, then they can't deny reading it.

I'm not sure what you put in the first e-mail, but if it's along the lines suggested above, then ask them to confirm that the matter is now closed as you have not heard to the contrary.

Hi Caspar, thanx for you suggestion above. I'm unable to set up my e.mail to receive a receipt when opened. Do you suggest I still send them an e.mail other than a letter?

As some judges may be somewhat old fashioned, it might be as well to send the letter by Special Delivery as well as requesting a Message Disposition Notification to be sent in response to your email.

              Hi all

I'm afraid I was only able to sent the letter today, as I've been without a computer for the past week. Received my first letter from capquest yesterday, telling me that I must contact them before the 10th to make arrangements to settle the account.

                Well here's the latest update.
Following a letter I sent to Orange on 11th Oct, enclosing a copy of the original e.mail sent previously, I have today received an e.mail from them. They informed me that they had replied to the original e.mail from me, and were sending me a copy of it.

They confirm that as a gesture they have purchased the debt back from Capquest. They have placed a credit on my account to cover the outstanding balance. In addition they have contacted their Credit Referrals Department and requested that the default and the late payments recorded on my credit file be removed.

The e.mail was sent to me by Deborah Doddy, Executive Office, c.c Olaf Swantee, Executive Vice President

Brilliant news!! A huge thank you to all of you who helped me with this!

And how - if at all - are the Orange Oompa-Loompas going to compensate you for the inconvenience their minions caused?

                    Orange company executive?

No mention of any compo, that would be far too much to ask of them obviously!!
