    Yes.
    The most information the ISP holds is the account holder.
    Bear in mind that most routers will easily take up to 4 wired connections and numerous wireless ones. There is a maximum (in simplest form) of 254 addresses available with this method. So one connection could be utilised by any number of end users.

    Routers, as the names suggests, route private (192.168.x.x) addresses into a single public address. So while the public address is viewable the specific private address is not.
    This process is called NAT, Network Address Translation.
    This is the same method whether a domestic or company connection.

    Yes this is simplified, but networking can get very complex very quickly once you throw subnetting into the mix, but the overall effect is the same.

          what i want to know is how theyre going to deal with business phones. im the account holder for my company and have 20 or so phone lines on my account!!!

          Oh and ill be opting out anyway.
