Ok this is basically a similar problem to what I had with my landline a couple of years ago.
I won that one, so will should win this one as it is a bit easier.
My mobile contract was due to expire in May, but due to BT changing the T&Cs regarding the package I was on I had the option to cancel and end of March, as new terms started April.
So i ended contract at end of march, and confirmed with operator that it was early due to Fusion terms ending.
Now I have my final bill which has an extra charge of £43.74 for remainder of contract term.
So I will start the battle shortly as I have tried a quick phonecall to see if i could get it sorted simply but after 30mins on hold, I will just write from now on.
