Little help with a alleged debt with Lowell and Vodafone

    I did not live there when the account was opened, my ex did im very much under the impression that the guy she was with has something to do with it but i cannot prove that.

    With Vodafone i didnt i gave up as they eventually responded and basically said i needed to provide more information about myself to release the info.

    There is by the looks of things 3 accounts, 2 were never used and one was used.

    They have provided statements which is how i know this.

    So im really at a loose right now o.O

      If there were accounts opened in your name then one would expect that there would be checks carried out such as ID checks and proof of income / bank account checks, so it would be worth flagging this up with Lowells, given you have alleged fraud you would be within your rights to ask them for the actually evidence used to open the accounts.

      Thats what id be doing, and also ask for the signed agreement as if there is a signed agreement you can have a handwriting expert look over it and give you an opinion on it, i did this with a fraud case a while back which ended up with us winning
