Hi.
I have received a final demand from the above regarding an issue from 5 years ago regarding an outstanding payment of £527.
Lowell are basically asking for the payment or threatening CC action.
i have requested a copy of the original agreement from BT who tell me this is archived and they cannot provide me with said agreement.
If Lowell also cannot provide me with this information will they still have reasonable grounds to pursue me through the courts
