Litigant in person rates 2015?

Hi, does anyone know what the litigant in person rates are for 2015? I am struggling to find them?

I have sent EE three letters regarding some issues I have had with them. They are point blank refusing to help me or offer any compensation so I am now writing them an LBA to take them to court. I would like to charge for my time in chasing and writing them letters. I have currently gone with £18.00 per hour, but I would like to make sure I am getting it right now before I go to court.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
