    StevemLS - Ta for the links and your points, seems sort of churlish to have stuck you in as the 'all' - apols. By-the-by on a knowledge point is it required that they show and allow time to read a warrant or is it sufficient to say we have one and proceed? Wineman:mad2:

      Yes, the SHOULD give you the opportunity to read the warrant.

      Whether these requirements are observed in practice, I have my doubts.

      Do I understand your post to mean that they do in fact supply you but that the circumstances in which they took over the supply are a bit murky?

      If I were you, then, if that is right, I would pay up to avoid the execution of the warrant, and then complain about how they took over your supply.

      If they don't respond to you, there is always a regulator
