Further to my ongoing dispute with Atlantic (honest to God it would have been cheaper for them to let me go 3 years ago!!) can anyone let me know the answers to this question.
If i request a letter of stalemate regarding my complaint, which so far has been pushed under the carpet of filed under B for Bugger her, does that mean I have to pay my bill off in one lump.
I am at present on hold with said energy company regarding this, have spoken to 3 people and "nobody in this office deal with it." They are now "trying to get the escalations team" or i can have a call back from the manager (same one that should have rung me 1000 times withing the last 3 years no doubt!! I'm just needing a little bit of ammo incase they say No you have to pay it in one lump and the correct answer is they wont.
