Ok, a brief background to this.
We owe BG money for Electric & Gas, totalling about £150.
These 2 accounts are being paid through Payplan to Robinson Way / Horwich Farelly, and have been for about 4 years now.
They get a £1 per month each, or thereabouts.
Over the last few months we have started to get the threatograms from BG Central Recoveries and their 'in house' solicitors, with the usual threats.
Upto now we have been ignoring these as the debt is being paid to their nominated DCA, and we get a thank you letter every month from the DCA acknowleding the payment.
So they cant say we are avoiding the debt or not paying it.
But i'm starting to get a bit pee'd off with them now, so I thought id write a letter to them regarding these letters as harrasment.
It is nowhere near the same scale as the Ferguson case, but it may make them sort themselves out, if the chance of them getting caned again is in the offing.
So I will try and draft up a letter, based on CBs 'bemused' letter witht the additons of the Ferguson case as well as other tweaks.
So any input or thoughts into the letter will be appreciated.
