Hi all,
I have emailed the owners of our solar panels on our roof and asked for a price for us to buy them out.
They quoted around 21K , these have been in place 13 years.
I then emailed them them back stating there is a formula in my contract and there calculation
is not right using the formula, works out at about 8K.
They have not replied back to me and my last email to them was over 2.5 weeks ago asking for an update
after i sent them scanned pages of the contract.
I am just wondering if they are reluctant to agree to the price using the formula, can they disagree to sell ?
Thanks for any info.
