Hi everyone
I have a very worrying issue in that I've just discovered that my water bill has been being sent to somebody else at the same address? I thought I was paying a rates bill by direct debit, but checked my account and there isn't anything on the statement.
This could have been going on for years. Still looking into how far back it goes?
Very concerned about this so any help would be really appreciated.
