If your utility company provides you with both gas & electricity & you fall into arrears necessitating a visit from their in house debt collectors then be prepared to be charged twice for the same visit.
In other words their £25 per visit charge will be added to each bill making a total of £50.
This is outrageous (though not unexpected in the case of the utilities) & I have advised the victim to complain most strongly
