My energy supply agreement (Shell) is due to end on on 30th November. I'm on a 'Fixed Tariff' until then.
On the 19th September I changed to Flexible 5 (a standard tariff), I had 14 days to cancel that contract.
Yesterday I got a email from the energy company that I'll be moved on to Flexible 6 (a standard tariff) on the 1st December.
Flexible 6 tariffs are more expensive then the Flexible 5 tariffs.
