I need legal represention against E.ON.

I have a problem with E.ON that has been going on for a number of years. I think it is quite complicated so needs specilist advice.

I don't want to publish full details here as that may predudice the pending case if an E.ON representative were to read it.
In short I believe I have a strong case against E.ON but need a lawyer to better advice me.

This is to do with a debt that is against me that I argue is not my problem

This case goes back to 2015. I know the statute of limiation on a debt has passed but E.ON were canny and created a 2nd debt at some point.

I can't see how I can have two debts for the same issue and argue that even the first debt was unjust.

Hearing for 2nd debt is in August.

I tried a few solicitors but was unable to find any will to take the case. Citing 'too busy' or 'not enough experience in this sort of case'.

How do I find a lawyer that can help?

So they have sent you a Court Claim?

ave you sent them a SAR, they have to send you all the Data on your accounts, they have 30 days to respond. If you are saying there were never two accounts, then that's the best way to establish what they are up to.
