    Does anyone know the basis upon which an increasing number of utility providers are able register a "credit default" for less than £100 ruining a credit score for 6 years when there is no CCA 1974 agreement cover disclosed. I rrealise a utility agreement is a service agreement but....

    Isnt contract between utilty provider and customer more a supply contract, which is either an express contract or a statutory deemed contract under the Gas Act 1986 and the Electricity Act 1989. ?
