I've come across a petition asking the Prime Minister to drop the fuel duty on home heating oil for the elderly and disabled. At present they have 9016 signatures.

It is commercial link CJ, however, it is a site that helps people to save money when buying heating oil for their homes. They do not charge for using the site and I think the petition (although none of these "petition to Downing Street" do not usually sway policies) is in a good cause.
