Well, as the lovely Mr C kindly provided me with copy statements from Npower during our recent "discussions", shall we say, then I think I may well have to dig out the statements and dust off my calculator:wink:

dunno, I'll cross that bridge if I get to it. Presumably it would be Npowere cos they were the ones doing the overcharging. Still don't actually know that Bryan owns the debt, i just pay them 50 quid a month to get shot of it. Suppose if I could show I'd been overcharged by megabucks it might make it go away a bit quicker. Although it would be so much more fun to make Bryan the defendant, wouldn't it? Will dig out the bills and do the calcs, then see. Just hope I haven't chucked them away. Although if I have I'm sure Bryan will send copies.......

Was this a result of a SAR or out of the "goodness" of his heart ?
Some where along the lone should be the assignment, but wasn't he suing in HIS name

It was in response to the CPr 18 i made. But all i ever got was copies of bills. Never had anything else. It was actually Eon's name on the N1, signed by Bryan. If you remember I tired to get Eon?Npower involved but they are staffed by a bunch of incompetents. (and that's just their legal department! lol)

Re: CB Vs Npower for Gas

Nope. They used to be npower, Eon have now taken over. Bills were definitely from npower. Court papers said Eon. i already thought of this one ages ago and tried to wangle out of it by saying it was the wrong company and i didn't owe any money to Eon. Didn't work though lol.

                  That's odd.
E.On don't own Npower at all. About npower one of the UK's largest energy suppliers. - About npower - npower

So where E.On actually came into your mess I have no idea. Did you change suppliers ?

Re: CB Vs Npower for Gas

No, I didn't change suppliers. Well not till after I owed npower money, anyway. I just presumed npower was now Eon, tbh, as I'd never been with Eon . looks like I'll have to do some more digging. Will drag out the paperwork. But have been in contact by phone and letter with Eon about this debt, with the same account number from my npower bills??? There must be some sort of connection between the two....

This is getting very spooky now........and it's all your fault lol

Blimey you got those statements quick. They don't offer current accounts do they?

                            Good luck with it.

Just a small confession to make here CB. It was actually Poweregen (now Eon) not Npower, in my case. I'll go back to sleep now shall I....
