  • Continuation without plea

    Hi All,

I am due to go to court but my lawyer still hasn't received CCTV footage. Every 4 weeks the attend on my behalf requesting a 'Continuation without plea'

Questions are - Is there a limit to the amount of times this can be done? & Will there come a time it might be thrown out?

Is this in the UK? You would not usually attend every 4 weeks. Court would issue directions.

Edit -just seen your other post so it is Scotland. Best to keep all questions in one thread then we have the info. Sorry no idea on the law and procedures North of the border!
