Hello. I have been chasing up a “friend” for years now for money borrowed. I have all the proof that he borrowed it and agreed to pay it back. This has been going for years and see no alternative solution.
Just wondering what are the chances of actually being successful with a simple procedure? As I state, I have numerous texts, with a full agreement to pay me back.
Just to point out, I went to his house one day to ask if he was ever going to stop making a fool out of me. Is there any chance that going to his house could be construed as harassment? I was never threatening in any capacity - just went to ask him in person.
