    Are criminal court judgements public?

    Are all criminal court judgements, sentencing and transcripts available to the public? I'm looking to find court transcripts or judgements made on a domestic abuser. I'm not the victim therefore I cannot go via Clare's Law.
    does anyone know where I could find the information?

    Not all of them are reported, so if it is an unreported case then you can pay to obtain a transcript if you know the parties and the case number and which court it was heard by. Otherwise, you can try BAILII (British and Irish Legal Information Institute)
