  • Email to PDF batch conversion

I have a lot of emails (over a thousand) that I need to convert to PDF, I am familiar with converting them individually and also have the full Adobe Acrobat (not the reader), however, I'm wondering whether there is a way to convert, say, a whole Outlook folder to PDF (probably individually or else the resulting file would have thousands of pages :eek2 or else to select a number of emails and convert them all to PDFs in one go.

I'm using Windoze 8 with Outlook (from MS Office 2010) and Adobe Acrobat X 10.1. :nerd:

If you have Adobe Acrobat there should be a plugin which would be installed into outlook. You should see Adobe PDF tab at the top or alternatively when you right click on the folder there's the option to covert to PDF that way.

If the plugin isn't installed there's a troubleshooting guide on Adobe about this.

Get Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro which allows you to convert any number of files in one go.

I'm surprised that you haven't got it given you're the PDF queen lol.

      I like your pin shot
I keep it with your letter
      Done up in blueprint blue
It sure looks good on you
And when you smile for the camera
I know I'll love you better

      Then the shutter falls
You see it all in 3-D
      It's your favorite foreign movie

On Windows, Acrobat installs the Acrobat PDFMaker toolbar and Adobe PDF menus in many common source applications. You can use either the toolbar buttons or the Adobe PDF menu (Action menu in Lotus Notes) to create PDF files, but the menu also provides access to conversion options. Although many conversion options are common to all source applications, there are several application-specific options. But I advise you to better turn to these guys for help: https://www.leewayhertz.com/fintech-...e-development/
