  • Excel Spreadsheet problem

    Greetings All,

I'm looking for someone who is ace with Excel.

I have many spreadsheets on my PC all with different file names now if I open a few when I go to close one instead of just that one sheet closing they all close.

Any idea how I can work round this as I would really like them to close on there own.

I'm sure there is a setting wrong somewhere but not sure where to find it or what that setting is.

    Cheers

    PF

    Re: Excel Spreadsheet problem

Don't use the cross in the Top right corner, but there's one lower down
It's slightly smaller, but on the right hand corner of the workbook, this will close the active workbook rather than Excel completely.

If you are already doing this let me know which version of Excel you are using.
