Hi guys,

I've updated my blog post with more detail and more photos.

It includes a photo of the cheque he wrote me. One of my friends on Twitter suggested that I take that photo down because it has his bank details. I hadn't thought of that.

Please could someone who knows about the law take a look and advise whether I should take it down or whether I can confidently leave it up?

You can post what you like. You are not a Data Controller under the DPA and can do what you please.

If it was me I would blur any account numbers, but just leave it at that. To simply avoid the argument, as leaving the acc number is irrelevant.

Err there's no such company as Passport Services Worldwide Limited registered at Companies House.

He used to have Passport Services Worldwide Limited but changed the registered name of the company to UK Services & Support Ltd in March last year.

I wonder if Nat West know? I would imagine that there are some serious liability issues there.
