          Dear all I need help as I see many posts re british passport services, legally how do we stand. My son in law has received an invoice for £117 &£128 for starting to fill in the form on their website, he did not complete it yet they are demanding payment (2 letters). I read of CCJ's etc but is there somewhere I can go for help

            Hi Kevin and welcome.

            Firstly can you clarify the invoice amounts? Their standard charge for their 'services' is £117.60 but they add on separate overdue invoice charges. Does the £128 figure represent these?

                We're expecting him to call us after hearing so we can update on what happened.
