                Hello there

                Received a 30 page defense dossier from these people today. I am waiting for it to be scanned and sent to me by my parents. Anyone else received the defense pack from these people yet?

                  Yes 2 people have it - I've started a thread in VIP - and will put the scans up on there shortly. Seems to be one/two pages that are actually relevant to individual cases.

                    My Mum read out a few pages and it sounded like total BS!

                    As everything else sent to us has been generic and identical I am pretty sure each of these will be the same. I didn't hear any reference that they actually booked the passport office for me but will check again once I have the scans.

                          Can you just remind us where you are with this? Have you filed your witness statement and if so when. Also do you know the date that BPS filed there's?

                                So by the sounds of it they are going ahead with court hearing...scary I hoped they would have dropped it by now seeing how many of us are defending...
